Full-body coverage of chest, abdomen, and back. The everyday discharge suit for speys and other abdominal procedures.
Castration
Castration and perineal procedures
Extended rear coverage for the castration site. Uses the standard size chart; not available in size 00.
4-Legs
Orthopaedic and limb skin cases
Body plus all four limbs. Use when you need coverage for orthopaedic recovery or skin conditions affecting the legs.
Hind Legs
Hips, stifles, hocks, hind limbs
Protects chest, abdomen, back, hips, knees, hocks, and hind legs. Uses the standard size chart.
Front Legs
Shoulders, elbows, carpals, forelimbs
Targeted coverage for chest, shoulders, elbows, carpals, and front legs. Uses the combined Front Legs size chart.
Size guide
How to measure
Three measurements, one fit. The same chart is used for dogs and cats. Weight is usually enough; confirm back length and chest on unusual body shapes.
Weight
Weigh the patient. This is the most accurate measure for most breeds.
Back length
From the cross (withers) to the start of the tail, following the spine.
Chest circumference
Around the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs.

Classic, Castration, 4-Legs, and Hind Legs. Castration is not available in size 00.

Cats: use the same chart. Most adult cats fall in sizes 0–3.
Front Legs size chart
Front Legs uses combined sizes (0/1, 2/3, and so on) because the pattern spans a wider measurement range per size.

Fit tips
Between sizes? Go up
A slightly roomier suit is more comfortable and more likely to stay on than one that is too tight.
Weight first, chest for some breeds
Weight is the most accurate measure for most patients. For deep-chested breeds (Greyhounds, Whippets, Bulldogs), use chest circumference.
Two-finger fit
The suit should sit snugly. You should be able to slide two fingers between the fabric and the body without restricting breathing or movement.
Check the leg openings
Openings must not bite. The patient should walk, sit, and lie down without the suit bunching or pulling.
Application and care
- Open the suit fully. Guide the legs through, then zip.
- Confirm a two-finger fit and free movement at the openings.
- Machine wash at 40°C with a mild detergent. Air dry is best.
- Avoid bleach and fabric softener. Check zippers before reuse.
Send the owner home with your usual discharge plan. The suit is a barrier, not a substitute for rest, analgesia, or wound checks.
